Please fax your registration form to 202.488.7416 or email it to Jenni Weems at jweems@namamillers.org before August 18, 2008. After that date there is an increased fee. NAMA is not able to process credit card payments. Therefore, payment needs to be made by check made payable to the North American Millers’ Association. Please mail a copy of your registration form and your check to the North American Millers' Association, Dept. 759039, Baltimore, MD 21275-9039.
