In a letter to Congress, 34 organizations, including NAMA, support re-authorization of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) program and oppose provisions that would disrupt the work that regulated entities have done to comply with the current regulations.
