This web site provides more detailed technical information on the various commodities represented by NAMA as well as recipes and uses for each.
- South American Recipes in Spanish for bulgur, CSB and wheat flour. Photos are included.
- NAMA Recipes: recipes are broken up into sections according to which grain product is primarily used in their creation. Some recipes call for a mixture of grains and these can be found under the Multiple section. The recipes presented are basic suggestions and require the creative ability of persons preparing the food to adapt them to local conditions and taste.
