1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup WSB
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Turn out on lightly floured board. Pat out to 1/4 -inch thickness and cut with either a cracker cutter or a floured knife and bake for 15 minutes. Cook and keep in airtight container.
WSB can be used as a meat extender. Simply add 1 volume WSB to 4 volumes ground meat. The meat is extended without any appreciable loss in nutritive value.
